Dubvio provides an AI-powered platform for video dubbing and subtitle generation. The Service uses advanced artificial intelligence technology to automatically translate and voice-over video content in multiple languages.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Service. Prohibited activities include uploading content that violates copyright, contains malware, or is illegal.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Dubvio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you upload.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dubvio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
